Firm ventures into low-cost mass housing

Goldland Properties and Development Corp. is investing P803 million for the construction of a low-cost mass housing project in Cubao, Quezon City.  The project, which is owned by the Basa Group, involves the construction of a26-storey twin-tower condominium.  The company has allocated 594 units into studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom models as low cost mass housing units.  The company plans to hire 580 employes once construction starts in May this year.
